Game prices: adults €16, students with a valid ISIC or ITIC card €14 (we check the card on arrival), kids 12 and under €10. All prices include VAT.
Groups of 10 or more players get a 10% discount on games - automatic online, for invoiced bookings we include it on the invoice. The discount applies to games only - it does not apply to event packages or other offers.
Payment is taken at the time of booking through the MakeCommerce (Maksekeskus AS) payment environment. Our site never sees or stores card details.
You can reschedule or cancel your booking yourself - the confirmation contains a manage link that works until 24 hours before the game.
A booking cancelled in time is refunded to the original payment method. If part of it was paid with a gift card, that part is re-credited to the card.
Cancellations later than 24 hours before the game are charged 50% of the reservation amount. A no-show forfeits the payment. If we cancel the game - for technical reasons or an emergency - we refund in full or offer another time. Refunds return to the original payment method within up to 7 business days.
An online booking is a leisure service with a specific performance time, so the 14-day distance-contract withdrawal right does not apply to it (statutory exemption for leisure services at a fixed time). Instead we offer rescheduling or cancellation with a full refund up to 24 hours before the game.
We invoice companies: a 50% advance before the event and the remainder after it. Guarantee letters are also accepted. Write to bookings@swingsgolf.lv.
Corporate event cancellation: cancel at least 7 days before the event for a full advance refund. Cancelling later, the advance can be used for an event on another date within 3 months. The final headcount is confirmed 24 hours before the event - the balance invoice follows the final count.
The purchase and use of gift cards is governed by the separate gift card terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. We will always try to resolve disagreements by talking first - write to bookings@swingsgolf.lv.
If no agreement is reached, disputes are settled by the courts of the Republic of Latvia in the statutory order. Consumers may also turn to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (www.ptac.gov.lv).
