Purchase, validity and redemption - how the Swings Golf gift card works.
Gift cards are issued by SIA "Riga Golf Innovations" (reg. no. 50203578341, VAT LV50203578341), operating as Swings Golf, Tērbatas iela 74A, Riga, LV-1001. Contact: bookings@swingsgolf.lv, +371 27 199 639.
Gift cards can be bought online for €32, €64 or €100, or for any custom amount from €20 to €300. A physical gift card can also be bought on site at Tērbatas iela 74A.
Every card has a unique code in the format SWG-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
The card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
After expiry an unused balance can no longer be redeemed, and the validity period is not extended.
The card pays for games: enter the card code at the payment step when booking. If the balance covers the full amount there is nothing to pay, if not - the remainder is paid at the time of booking.
The card can be used both for games at the booking payment step and at the bar on site.
If a booking paid with a gift card is cancelled in time (up to 24 hours before the game), the gift-card portion is re-credited to the card and any money portion is refunded to the original payment method.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and an unused balance is not paid out in money. This does not limit the 14-day right of withdrawal for an unused distance purchase (see below).
The card code works as a bearer instrument - anyone who knows the code can redeem it. Keep the code safe. If a code is lost or ends up with a third party, write to bookings@swingsgolf.lv - an unused card can be blocked.
A distance gift-card purchase carries a 14-day right of withdrawal if the card has not been used - write to bookings@swingsgolf.lv and we will refund the purchase.
