When you make a booking we store your name, email address, phone number (optional), party size and the reservation time. We need this data to fulfil your booking and to contact you about it.
The data is stored in a Neon Postgres database in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
Booking and payment data is kept for 5 years after the game date - the statutory retention period for accounting source documents. After that the data is deleted or anonymised.
Payments are processed by MakeCommerce (Maksekeskus AS) - at the payment step you are redirected to the MakeCommerce environment. Our site never sees or stores your card number or any other card details.
The customer site currently sets no marketing or tracking cookies. The only functional session cookies are used for staff area authentication.
If analytics is added to the site, this section and a cookie notice will be updated before rollout.
You have the right to request access to your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Write to bookings@swingsgolf.lv - we will reply within the statutory deadline.
If you believe your data has been mishandled, you can lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
